We are committed to responsible corporate governance, which is oriented on the Swiss Code of  Best Practice for Corporate Governance. Systematic controlling of the corporate risks is part of the management process.

We cultivate honest communication with all our partners; we resolve differences with openness and an unbiased readiness to enter into dialog.

We are committed to transparent and meaningful accounting according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

We consequently follow the principle of  checks and balances. Our Board of Directors is mainly composed of external, independent personalities.
