COMET offers the most comprehensive customer service for Vacuum Capacitors out of it’s headquartering in Flamatt, Switzerland and its subsidiaries in the USA and China.
COMET maintains and further develops a distribution and Customer Service network around the world.
In order to facilitate communication with our customer’s world wide, COMET uses Technical Datasheets and Service Bulletins. The Service Bulletins are published to provide general and specific technical information. All Service Bulletins can be downloaded from our website.
The customer service team will provide a complete inspection report with cause of failures and advising methods to avoid such failures in the future. COMET will aspire a local network world wide to support of a high level.
If you have any question in regards to service or repair please contact one of our subsidiaries or distributors. A completed Service Report form will help us to determine the cause of failure. A Service Report form is shipped with every capacitor leaving the factory. COMET’s team will forward you with our RM number and more details. Please return the failed Vacuum Capacitor with RM number for analysis or repair.
